Procedure for Applying for an Ordinary Pass

General Information About the travel document
A travel document is issued to a person of Cameroonian nationality who does not hold a Cameroonian passport, or whose passport has expired, and who wishes to travel from Canada to Cameroon.
The application procedure is exclusively online through the official consular services portal. EVISA CAM.
The procedure must be followed carefully and completely before physical enrolment at the High Commission.
The travel document is issued for one-time use only.
Problems Related to the Application Procedure
- If the online application is incomplete, it may be returned once or twice for correction or completion of missing documents.
- Where the application is returned, the user must return to the consular services platform, click on modify my application, correct the problem according to the instructions received, and resubmit the application.

- For technical issues related to uploading documents, payment difficulties, or other online process problems, a brief request should be sent to contact@evisacam.cm
- The message should include the subject of the request, the identification number on the pre-enrolment form, and proof of payment.
