General Guidelines for Legalization and Authentication Requests
Applicants must carefully select the document category that corresponds to their application before submitting their application.
All application forms must be filled out online, then printed and signed before being included in the file.
Supporting documents must be valid, complete, and clearly legible at the time of submission.
Incomplete applications may be rejected, and the High Commission reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents where necessary.
Submission and Return Information
- Applicants should prepare a complete file before submission to avoid rejection.
- A traceable return envelope with the full applicant address must be included in the application package.
- Where indicated, files are to be sent by postal means only.
Fees and Important Notes
- The fiscal stamp fee mentioned for these services is 4 Canadian dollars.
- Payments may be made in cash, certified cheque, or money order to the Cameroon High Commission.
